We never just fit it and forget

At Centurion we are proud of our track record for retaining customers year after year. A great deal of this is due to the excellent after sales service we provide.

For example, if a CCTV camera fails for whatever reason our systems can generate an email to any address specified and an engineer can be on their way to rectify the problem without a service call even being made.

We have also pioneered many remote repair and resetting techniques so often the problem can be resolved even more quickly via our remote engineering diagnostics service for which there is no additional charges.

We offer three levels of service contract:

BRONZE cover - Annual test & Inspection plus access to our emergency 24hr service response

SILVER cover - Annual test, inspection and Labour cover plus access to our emergency 24hr service response

GOLD cover - Annual test, inspection, Labour and parts cover plus access to our emergency 24hr service response

Three service levels for all budgets each of which can be paid on a monthly basis by direct debit
